My Favorite Places for “Coffee Shop Time” near Smyrna

My favorite place to get work done is in a coffee shop. While my home is where I end up working the most, it can be a distracting environment for me. When I block off “coffee shop time” I find I am super productive + I get a delicious beverage. If you’re looking for a great environment to be productive, here are my favorites below (all mostly near Smyrna).

1.) Sessions Stand in Marietta

I went here opening weekend last year and like many people, quickly fell in love. They serve Rev coffee (always a plus) as well as pastries and full breakfast and lunch options as well. The outdoor patio space is my favorite when I’m with the family, but inside is great for editing and working on my computer. Pictured below is my daughter Ryan enjoying their cinnamon roll and me and baby Avery getting some work done on a different day (please ignore the spit up on my jacket).

2.) Cafe Lucia in Smyrna

The selling point for me here is booths with outlets and food! Cafe Lucia has a large menu for food and drinks and you can almost always find a cozy spot to work in.

3.) Good Kitchen (Smyrna location)

While this is more restaurant and less coffee shop, you will see a mix of people socializing and people working here. I am obsessed with their churro latte and avocado breakfast bowl and will find any excuse to come in here.

Honorable Mention: Rev Coffee (Smyrna)

It should be noted that my favorite coffee in Smyrna is Rev, however they are so popular I sadly can’t always find a great spot for editing. So environment wise, I love it more for quick meetups and to go orders. And all my newborn clients know I love to stop at Rev to give the new parents caffeine before their session!
